Talk - An ARM from shoulder to hand

Abstract

This speak is mainly going to be about the ARM9 serie from Atmel. The ARM architecture is high performance for low cost. Ideal for embbeded appliances.

One of the things that makes it an easy target for operating system development is that it has a buildin bootloader, that can boot from various medias. If all medias fails then it wait for a bootloader via xmodem over the serial debug port. This feature is nice for testing new bootloaders. In this speech there will mainly be talked about the at91rm9200.
